Windows 10: DirectX error 0x80070005

I've been trying to play Skyrim, but everytime I launch, it crashes, saying "The code execution cannot proceed because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.", followed by the same message about X3DAudio1_7.dll. I proceeded to reinstall it several times, followed by the same errors, so I tried reinstalling DirectX to fix the issue, but my DXerror file spits out error code 0x80070005. I've tried several of the solutions here on the forum, but to no avail. Is there any way to fix this?
