    DirectX Error in a game Battlefield 2042


    Hello dear Microsoft, i have been sent here from EA saying that you may have more information and can help me solve this issue i receive from some game called "Battlefield 2042". I am getting stuck on the loading starter screen and then it crashes my game and gives me this error, what should it be? I have tried all the steps EA gave me, such as updating the drivers and clean installing them, updating the Windows and so on, but it doesn't just help me to solve this, i don't know what kind of a "Hard" problem it is, but at least you help me to try to solve this, please.The error lines are below.
