Windows 10: DirectX Install Fails

I have tried everything recommended as well as anything else I could possibly find on the internet to install DirectX and continue to have it fail time and time again. I’ve tried each of these several times some of them dozens of times:

- Normal installs as well as Clean Boot installs on

o DirectX

o DirectX June

o dxwebsetup

- Ran sfc /scannow with no problems reported

- Ran dxdiag with no problems identified

- Compatibility issues shouldn’t be a challenge in that I’m trying to run Pinnacle 23 and/or 24 which are recent Windows 10 compatible apps

- Updated all video drivers

- Ran dotnetfx35.exe

- Ran NetFxRepairTool.exe

- Ran reinst_dx.exe

- Checked for Windows Updates to fix any challenges with

o .NET Framework

o Visual C++

- Ran independent updates on

o .NET Framework

o Visual C++

- Uninstalled, reinstalled problem Apps – Pinnacle Studio 23 and 24

DirectX installation failed

• DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
  
• DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

Thank you for the update. Please verify if DirectX June 2010 is being offered via Windows Update. If your computer is already running DirectX 12, it has backwards compatibility with the previous version of DirectX. Moreover, you may also want to consider

  What is the current version of DirectX installed on Windows 10?
  

I suggest you to install all the updates on your computer.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Click on search
  bar, type Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for Update.
  
• 
  Download and
  Install the latest Windows Updates.
