Windows 10: DirectX Runtime Error when attempting to launch Stalker 2

Hi Microsoft SupportI'm getting the error "The following components are required to run this program: DirectX Runtime" when attempting to launch the new game Stalker 2 on the new computer I bought specifically to play Stalker 2. I've tried the following already so please do not suggest these:1 Ran dxdiag and got No Problems Found on every screen.2 Ran the following commands in Command Console as Administrator to 100% completion. The SFC /Scannow command resulted in "Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files and successfully repaired them" as a response.DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /

Hello. I am getting en error while I am trying to launch mortal shell It says "The following component is required to run this program: DirectX Runtime"

I've seen some other people who are getting same error in the community but none of the suggested solutions worked with me I 've tried reinstalling the game and DirectX several times and nothing has changed. Also I've checked for updates.

I've seen some other people who are getting same error in the community but none of the suggested solutions worked with me. My Windows 10 is Educational and Version 1803.

I 've tried reinstalling the game and DirectX several times and nothing has changed. Also I've checked for updates.
