Windows 10: DirectX Unable to load C:\WINDOWS\system32\xactengine2_0.dll.

A lot of applications I use need DirectX, but for the past few days ive been getting an error with all these applications, 0xc00007b.I reinstalled all Runtimes, .NET Framework and tried installing directx offline and with the webinstaller. Nothing works, the installation keeps failing.When I go to the DXerror.log it says the following.--------------------[01/02/22 18:46:20] module: dxupdateMar 30 2011, file: dxupdate.cpp, line: 2234, function: RegisterDLL Failed API: LoadLibraryEx Error: 126 - The specified module could not be found. Unable to load C:\WINDOWS\system32\xacten

xactengine2_0 is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

I just installed a game on my PC with Windows 10. I tried to run that game and got the error C:/Windows/System32/xactengine2_0.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.I tried to install DirectX SDK June 2010 but it gave the same
error. I tried to install DirectX 9.0c but it also game me the same problem... I have also tried to download the dll file from the internet and pasted in the System32 folder but it didn't work...

I am a 64-bit user and my DirectX version is 12 (I got the version by running
DXDIAG command)

I think DirectX is a driver so I am putting this issue in Devices and Driver topic...

Please Help Me....

 

msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll in C:\

Hello back TPU!

Yesterday I saw two files(msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll) in my C:\ disk folder. What does this mean? I know this two files should be in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 or somewhere in C:\Windows but not in main disk folder. I deleted this files but files appeared again today. Is this a virus or maybe an application? How can I check this?

they are microsoft visual studio files, leave em alone.
