Windows 10: directx11 doesnt work on league of legends

league now forces people to use dx11 instead of dx9. i have the latest dx12 installed already but whenever i play the game now it just doesnt open. The client opens and i get into champ select and everything is fine but when the game starts it doesnt open and it goes back to the reconnect screen.

Everything except the store works on League of Legends. Could you help me with this? I tried reinstalling, putting League in the exception list, configuring my firewall, using a wired connection, using a VPN, restoring data, Release/Renewing
my computers network, resincing my clock and switching to a public DNS. I don't see what I could do more. Can you help me out?
