Windows 10: DirectX11 Graphics Card Not Found

I had just purchased Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 from steam and every time I try to play it, the game says that I didn't shut the game down properly and tells me to go into safe mode. Then it says that I don't have a valid DirectX11 Graphics Card. I have downloaded numerous files that should've fixed it like dxcpl which didn't help me. I am hoping someone has a solution because then my purchase was a waste of money. I should also mention that I'm on Windows 10 and I have DirectX12 which I thought could Run Cod Black Ops 3 but I guess not.

DirectX 12 downgrade to directx11 due to Graphic card request.

Base on information from my graphic card manufacturer (please see content bellow - my card is BOLD), i would like to ask how can i switch from directx12 to directx11. Lot of softwares i use has black screen issue. I tried lot of things and last i found this
infromation about my graphic card possibilities. I upgraded my Win 7 to Win 10 during free update event.

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

The error might occur if the Graphic card is cannot update the driver automatically.

I suggest you to update the graphic card manually by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Display Driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

Also, can download the latest version of the graphic card from the manufacturer website.
