Windows 10: DirectX12 downgrade

I've had issues loading games When trying to load CS2 And RUST It comes up with a popup saying Failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll, which is the default rendersystem and should not fail to load. Please verify the game install in Steam. This comes up when opening CS2 On steam I have already tried to reinstall the game and verify the files Nothing has worked for me I have also opened up DirectX Diagnostic tool and the version is on DirectX 12 So I see no problem But when opening up RUST from Steam it gives me a different message sayingFailed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.

Hi Microsoft. I have dire question that needs addressing.

"What's the problem with Microsoft Directx 12 API as far as compatibility issues?"

Directx12 as we know has been around 5 years since the release of Microsoft 10. No matter what graphics card is used or what configurations are set, when Directx12 API is loaded, regardless of what type of game is played, it always crashes. Frozen screen.

Over the years, there have been countless gaming forums on the internet of thousands of gamers having the same issue; no one has ever gotten Directx12 to work in any game successful ever.

With a 2080 TI, I can't even enable raytracing without Directx12 in Control by 505 games. Like everyone else, with Directx12, the issue has gone on for years.

So my question is:

1.why is why is Directx12 offered in games if no one can use it?

2. Does Microsoft have any knowledge of this issue?
