Windows 10: Disable admin acc

    please help , win 10 user acc admin problems

    hi there , i did something dumb about a month ago and since then i could't access anything with admin requirements , i cant run cmd as admin , but when i ran it in safe mode and enabled the hidden admin acc , the admin acc doesn't have admin rights! ,
    when i entered net user command in cmd , the admin acc doesn't even come up in the list, please help me.

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Disable admin acc

    Cannot acces admin Account, Password could not be accessed

    What I did:

    1. On my normal everyday admin Account, I wanted to exchange cloned drives with theyre Letters, so Programms would automatically would use the cloned one.
    2. I opened msconfig and enable safe mode
    3. Restart
    4. After the restart, I could not sign in to my Main admin Account because: Could not acces your pin (with Option of making a New one wich resulted in nothing)
    5. Deleted the content of the Ngc folder (C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc) using the command promt from trouble shooting menu
    6. Used bcdedit to disable safeboot
    I still cannot access my Main Account, I can only login to a secondary local Account I had. I can see that it is in some sort of safe Mode because not all Services are working

    Can somebody help me?
