Windows 10: Disable Auto Reboot FOR FU SAKE - WIN 10

Microsoft, please.I DO NOT WANT MY COMPUTER IS MINE NOT YOURS TO BE AUTOMATICALLY RESTARTED.So, it is the third time that i've lost work because of that.I did everything possible to stop updates but you always find a way to do what you want right?I used policies, i disabled everything i could find in the settings, i used custom made services to block reboots and so on.Why you do that? JUST WHY?If i DO NOT WANT TO BE UPDATED AND GET MALWARE OR GETTING HACKED, is my fault, is my computer. You do not have to take that decision for me.I was working on a project in multiple softwares, i left ever

How to disable Win+L in Windows 10?

As far as I know, there is no mean to disable only one Win+X keyboard shortcut.

What I can suggest is to disable completely Win+X hotkeys:

1. Type regedit in RUN or Start search box and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor.
   
2. Now go to following key:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
   
3. In right-side pane, create a new DWORD NoWinKeys and set its value to 1
   

1. Close Registry Editor and restart your system. After reboot, all Win+X hotkeys will be turned off in your system.
   

To re-enable them, delete the DWORD NoWinKeys created in step 3.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

i had this with win 7 after i used an old install from z68 going to z77 and the same going z87
i think its something with usb3.0 xhci mode.
set it to disabled during install or from smart auto to auto

other you can try is : Legacy USB Support to enabled

• Disabled - USB 3.0 ports behave as USB 2.0 ports.
• Enabled - USB 3.0 ports behave as USB 3.0 ports.
• Auto - USB 3.0 ports function as USB 2.0 ports until the OS USB 3.0 driver loads, at which point they function as USB 3.0. If the machine is rebooted, the ports revert back to USB 2.0 until the OS driver loads again.
• Smart Auto - Same as Auto, except during a reboot the ports aren't downgraded to USB 2.0.
