  1. Disable bitlock when in recovery mode I cannot access control panel

Trying to enter command manage-bde-unlock C: to get rid of bitlock encryption, but I’m getting the error message “an error occurred code 0x80070057”Not sure why, I had done this before and it started decrypting but it never finalized. When I enter manage-bde -status it says : error there are no disk volumes that can be protected with bit locker drive encryption. But it’s still locked.. I’m so lost at this point. I can’t fix my computer and reinstall window 11 without getting rid of the bitlocker, but the system won’t let me disable it.Any suggestions ? Thanks

    :)
