Windows 10: Disable button information flyout in Windows 11 Explorer + Apps

Since I installed Windows 11 these little flyouts always annoyed. They block me from dragging the application windows around or click something that's under them.Is there some fix to disable those flyouts?Thanks in advanced for your answers.

Windows 11 Flyouts not showing at all

using Insider Preview 10.0.22623.730. The flyouts have never worked on windows 11 for me, and I've had 11 since the first beta. The media flyouts have never worked, and ModernFlyouts hasn't solved the issue either. Done with the cider app.
