Windows 10: Disable family group

Even though I have never used or created a family group, my registration appears and I cannot configure or edit it. When I click on the Family Settings button I am redirected to the homepage automatically.As you can see, there is also no button next to my name for me to leave the family. When I click on any option in the group, be it settings or add members, I am again redirected to the home page.I would like to join my wife's family group, but I can't at all. Whenever I access the invitation link, I am redirected to my family's screen. What should I do and how to delete this family that I ne

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

Hello Lee Wilfert,

Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

Last member (Adult) unable to leave Family group

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...

Family safety blocking firefox though not a part of a family group and family safety is disabled

I tried installing Firefox today, but I can't open it without family safety blocking it. I have never had issues with anything being blocked by family safety, because my account is not part of a family safety group, and the wpcmon.exe family safety task
is disabled. I verified this several times. In fact, when I go to my Microsoft account and click family, it asks if I want to set up a family, because I am not a part of a family safety group. I then disabled inheritance on wpcmon.exe, gave myself full control
as the owner, and verified that all family safety services were disabled, but it still didn't work. I am also 20 years old. So how is Firefox being blocked?
