Windows 10: disable java script

Discus and support disable java script in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am in a loop, in payroll. Have tried everything posted to QB Help, last one says to disable java script.     Java Script

    I use Windows 10.

    Some websites require Java Script to be enabled to use their sites.

    I enabled the requirement as per Microsoft Windows procedure.

    However, the sites don't "see" the enablement.

    Any suggestions?
