Windows 10: Disable or block the WiFi option

Hello, I would like to know how I could block the WiFi connection or something similar in Windows 10, since some people at my work connect to their phone's WiFi, and therefore have full access to the internet. In advance thanks a lot for your response.

Here is something going on in my area, please help.

We have some wifi addresses around my house that flicker up and down and time to time popup in my laptop connecting my laptop without my permission. They steal my mobile data when I am connected to my mobile hotspot. They always keep poping up and connecting
my computer even when I don't use any wifi. I am unable to block these unnecessary wifi in my windows 10. I do not want to even see them in my wifi showing lists, nor do I want them to enter to my laptop. So, I want to totally block them. The Forget password
button can only help me remove the wifi address I had used before, but I can't block these wifis addresses that I was never connected. Please help.

They hack me using their wifi routers and I need to block these wifi addresses. I don't see any option to block all these wifis routers not to enter, pop up or connect in my laptop. There must be an option somewhere to block all these wifis so that I can
peacefully use my laptop with my own wifi/hotspot only. I mean I want it to be active only for my wifi and not other wifis. Please, help me to block all other wifis. How?

Hi there

This method often works

1) in Settings switch WI-FI OFF
2) in control panel (still works !! --right mouse click on start button -->hardware--devices--network_adapters -- select DISABLE.
3) (Optional step but it's better to do it) - re-boot computer
4) Back to control panel now RE-ENABLE the wifi adapter
5) back to settings - set wifi switch to ON

Now you should see a list of local Wi-Fi networks including yours
6) Connect.

Ensure also you haven't got anything near your laptop which could interfere with Wifi signal such as microwave ovens, TV senders etc etc.

It's possible that Computer Management is being blocked by SmartScreen. We suggest disabling it and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

1. Click the Start button.
2. Type smartscreen in the search bar.
3. Click Change SmartScreen settings.
4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Security row.
5. Click Change settings beneath the WindowsSmartScreen row.
6. Click Don't do anything (turn off Windows SmartScreen).
7. Click OK.
