  1. Disable 'Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device' screen?

Sometimes when windows starts I get the annoying nag screen: 'Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows'.

I've googled this and all the results say that there should be an option to disable this in the Notifications and actions panel. This option is missing for me, however.

Any ideas why I don't see this option? Has it moved somewhere else recently?
