    There's an effect that drops down the header of the window when in fullscreen (F11) on Edge. I can't find anything in settings that disables it. Is it possible to disable this?

  2. How to disable the mouse hover feature in windows 10?

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

    • Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type Control panel and select the top most search result.
    • Select Ease of Access Center from the window and click on the
      Change how your mouse works.
    • Under Make it easier to manage windows, uncheck
      Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse
      option.
    • Click on Apply and OK.
    • Close the window and check if the changes are effective.

    These suggest various other programs may have this effect. You may need to do further research to find what is doing it in your case, or try by a process of elimination. See these two for examples:

    How can I disable it?

    Hi David,

    Windows has a feature where you can activate a window by hovering over it with a mouse. We would like to verify if you are referring to that kind of feature. If so, we can disable it using the steps below:

    1. Right-click on the Start menu.
    2. Choose Control Panel then, click Ease of Access.
    3. Click Change how your mouse works.
    4. Look for Make it easier to manage windows then, uncheck the box beside the Activate a window by hovering it with the mouse.
    5. Click Apply, then OK.
