Windows 10: Disable Windows Button Tips

So recently, after an update, every time I press the super button (the one with the windows logo) and don't press a hotkey fast enough, some weird overlay appears that shows me all the hotkey options. Now while this is a good feature for new, inexperienced users, it is quite annoying for me. Does anybody know how I can disable this?

I agree. I just opened the Tips app, and see the exact same as your screenshot. Something is opening the Tips app for you.

Just to verify, is this what you used to disable tips in notifications?
