Windows 10: Disabled a few sevices and now not able to enable them

I have disabled a service i believe it was APPLICATION INFORMATION PROPERTIES and now i am unable to open many apps like microsoft teams. I tried going back to enable it but i cant even open the services tab and every time i try it is showing "services.msc this services cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it". What should i do?

Thank you Sayan_Ghosh. Method 2 worked to disable the touchpad but I'll need to use the same several steps when I want to re-enable it. Windows key + W did nothing so I couldn't use that to get to the other steps you suggested for Method 1. I still
would love to have the function 9 key working again to be able to toggle back and forth enabling or disabling the touchpad more easily, but I rarely use the touchpad so this will do for now. Thanks again.

 

Easy enable/disable microphone?

My bro just got a microphone and I was wondering if there's an easy way to enable or disable it. I know you can right click on the volume icon, click on select recording devices then select the microphone, then click properties, then click on levels, and mute it - but that's just way too many steps, I'm looking for a more obvious and much easier way to do it.

 

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable
