Windows 10: Disabled All System Sounds.. But Still Comes Back.. Help

I turned off all my system souncs. But I still get sounds. I dont understand this. I tried uninstalling the sound and creating a sound profile. They didnt help. What do I do??

HDMI sound

there is no sound on my tv through hdmi connection the sound is coming out of my laptop speakers.

i have tried updating my TV sound driver and tried uninstalling and re installing , i have also disabled then re enabled and it still produces no sound. the TV was set as default play back devise through all of this.

could you find a solution please

 

Random Restart Issue With LG Optimus 7 / E900

I have resolved the problem of constant reboots by factory reset although still have no WP7 sounds or music or phone calls through phone earpiece but sound on calls via the speaker only. It improved before reset by taking off apps that use geolocation
as they seem to make the phone look for a connection all the time. Disabled all positioning and much better. Sound issue remains now. It comes back from time to time if battery very low. No idea why!

Did you select 'No sounds' here, or disable each individually?

 

I selected both 'no sound' and I disabled sounds individually.

 

Was that setting retained after a restart?

 

You can get rid of them by removing the sound schemes, but it is permanent. Run CMD and copy/paste.

You might see if selecting "No sounds" as your sound scheme above, and then use the tutorial below to prevent changing sounds may help stop them from being changed for you.
