Windows 10: Disabled services in system config, cannot log into windows

I disabled services in system config due to a suggestion I saw to help my PC run quicker. It had me restart my PC after doing so and since then I can no longer log in, it only prompts with "Something happened to your PIN" and if I try to reset the PIN nothing happens. I tried reseting but the boot menu has no such option any more. I am completely stumped as I can not even log into my account to open settings or anything.

Advise on disabling services

Hi,
I made this script to disable unnecessary services on my system but I'm sure there are some services I'm disabling by mistake which should not be disabled since it causes my Network and VPN not working.
I know list is huge but maybe someone wants to take a look and find some services which must not be disabled at all.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
