Windows 10: disabled user can't get help

Discus and support disabled user can't get help in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; just updated my phone need to change my phone number on my account, except i need to use the authenticator app on my phone which doesn't work as it set...     disabled user can't get help


    just updated my phone need to change my phone number on my account, except i need to use the authenticator app on my phone which doesn't work as it set up with my old number, been on my computer to change it, guess what same app needed. its like banging your head against a brick wall. i struggle with everyday tasks due to my disability and this ain't helping

    Current active users that are friends

    The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
