Windows 10: Disabling Fullscreen for Wins 10 apps

Discus and support Disabling Fullscreen for Wins 10 apps in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have no Advanced Graphic options to change from full screen mode. Any other ideas?     I have no Advanced Graphic options to change from full screen mode. Any other ideas? I can't have the games take up my whole screen.

    Automatically moving a fullscreen window onto a new desktop

    Hi Joel,

    In Windows 10, there is an option to open an app in a fullscreen view. This way, it will be possible for you to make the fullscreen window move to a new desktop. Follow these steps to do so.

    • Right click on the application.
    • Select Properties.
    • Click on the Shortcut tab.
    • Beside the Run option, click on the drop-down menu and then choose Maximized.
    • Click on Apply button and then click OK.

    Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

    How to disable Win+L in Windows 10?

    As far as I know, there is no mean to disable only one Win+X keyboard shortcut.

    What I can suggest is to disable completely Win+X hotkeys:

    1. Type regedit in RUN or Start search box and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor.
    2. Now go to following key:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
    3. In right-side pane, create a new DWORD NoWinKeys and set its value to 1

    1. Close Registry Editor and restart your system. After reboot, all Win+X hotkeys will be turned off in your system.

    To re-enable them, delete the DWORD NoWinKeys created in step 3.
