Windows 10: Disabling Multiple-Desktops Icon in Taskbar

The taskbar in Windows 11 has a multiple-desktops icon. Since I always use only one desktop, I would like to know how to disable this icon. No options are displayed when I right-click on it. Moreover, when I go to taskbar settings to remove the icon, this icon does not show up there either.

Taskbar Icons/Buttons on Multiple Desktops

When I'm using multiple desktops, every desktop's taskbar shows icons for all open windows, regardless of which desktop the windows are open in. For example: Desktop 1 has two windows open: Settings and Calculator. Desktop 2 has two windows open: Paint 3D and Notepad. Both taskbars show all four icons. Is there no way to hide taskbar icons for windows on an inactive desktop?

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
