Windows 10: Disabling S-Mode

Discus and support Disabling S-Mode in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; OS: Windows 10 Pro- Disabling S mode is not an option in the store.- Disabling S mode is not an option under activation.I am not sure how to disable it...     OS: Windows 10 Pro- Disabling S mode is not an option in the store.- Disabling S mode is not an option under activation.I am not sure how to disable it so I can download 3rd party applications.

    WORKING way to Disable Efficiency Mode.: I7-14700K, 32gb RAM, 16GB VRAM on a 6GHz Wifi. Nowhere in that system specs does it show "please slow down my system for me" so STOP IT. I have tried several fix attempts but this STUPID 'Feature' Still turns on every time. "Turning it off task manager" Simply DOES NOT WORK....
