Windows 10: Disappearing mouse

Hi, recently my laptop was on sleep mode and I came back to see that the cursor had disappeared. It won't even work when I take out my mouse. How can I fix this?

Window disappears while dragging it usinig mouse

Original Title: disappear window

When I use the mouse to drag or move a window in the desktop mode the window disappear and only reappeared when I release the mouse button. How can I change that?

 

Mouse disappeared

My cursor dissapeared suddenly while browsing the Internet.

Ive tried the function+f5 to bring it back. I've tried upgrading o windows 10. I've turned on "show me where my mouse is when I hit control" and it zeros in on the centre of the screen but the mouse isn't there. I unchecked the box for it to dissapeared
while typing. I also restored my system to a restore point 5 months ago

"mouse and other pointing devises" is missing from my device manager. I've tried downloading drivers from the toshiba website. In the mouse setting window the Hardware section is blank.

Nothing is working. Need help.
