Steam and all Steam games suddenly started crashing

All of a sudden my Steam and all Steam games started crashing. These were working until 17/08. I didn't play for a week and they started crashing from 23/08.

The only thing that I can think of that i installed during this time is Visual Studio 2015 Community. I tried after uninstalling it but to no avail.

I contacted steam but they are unable to help.

Online gaming problem; steam dota2

I have been playing dota 2 for 1 year, but this month i had problems while playing i.e after launching the game and playing for some minutes it automatically disappeared both steam and game; i m using win 10, nvidia 930 and integrated hp gpu, drivers were
all updated. i tried reinstalling both game and steam; updated Dx, but still i cant play the game, same problem happen. So please anyone help me on this issue.
