Windows 10: Discord, Epic Games, Roblox, Chrome, and Edge are Slow or Not Loading at All

I have an MSI GE76 Raider Laptop and the new Windows 11 version 22H2 broke a bunch of things. It first got stuck on the install screen, then an hour later let me into my computer, but since then discord won't load, install, or update, epic games won't load, and google chrome and Microsoft edge both install things at extremely low speeds. Steam still installs programs at high speeds, wifi tests show my speed is normal, and when I launched Overwatch it ran perfectly fine, so I think there is something blocking some apps from running. I don't have an antivirus, so it is some other setting that I

I don't know if this is a coincidence but discord and epic game being unable to load and happen at the same

It been a problem for over 1 year and I still can't get it fix

I even can't go into the discord website it said that the discord.com refused to connect the only way I can connect to the website is using VPN

When I contacted discord and try all the thing they want me to do the problem is still isn't fixed.

Can't delete Epic game Launcher.

Hello, Epic Games Launcher Keeps crashing a lot making other apps and website crash and slow, So I tried to delete Epic Game, And its keeps saying "Please close Epic Game Launcher before trying to delete it." I'm so confused the Epic Game is not even open.
Also I downloaded Epic Game from Epic game website on Google Chrome.

Do the apps display any error messages?

Since you're not able to access Discord from the browser either, there seems to be something preventing the app from connecting to the servers. Perhaps the same thing is happening with Epic Games.

Often such behavior is caused by some incorrect configuration, but it can also be caused by malware.

Check the proxy settings:

1. Press "Windows + R", type "inetcpl.cpl", and click Ok.

2. Select the "Connections" tab and click on "LAN Settings";

3. Uncheck "Automatically detect settings";

4. Also, uncheck the option "Use a proxy server for your LAN..." if checked;

5. Click OK in both windows.

See if the problem is resolved.

If it persists, reset network settings:

1. Open Start and select "Settings > Network & Internet > Status";

2. At the bottom of the page, click on "Network Reset";

3. Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";

Note: The PC will need to be restarted.

4. Now open Start and type cmd;

5. Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";

6. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:

netsh int ip reset

netsh advfirewall reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

7. Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.
