Windows 10: Discord has bad image error after updating to windows 10 version 21H1, error status 0xc000012f.

I have tried uninstalling discord but i receive the same error when trying to use the installer. I have also tried uninstalling the windows update, as well as using various CMD prompts but to no avail. I would rather keep reinstalling windows to be a last resort, since it only affects discord. Can anyone offer any advice?

When the computer is first turned on it starts with Main Message window:NvBackend.exe -Bad image then goes on ending up with Error Status 0xc000012f
