    I think that the problem is related to Discord, it's strange, but I will explain all.
    I've just posted this in the Discord section, but maybe I could get help here too.

    I've a Dell XPS 7590 (Intel i7 9750H, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650) and I using Visaul Studio Code to develop an Angular app. Meanwhile, I use Discord to talk with my co-workers and I use Skype for other business things. So far everything okay.

    But when I open Spotify and and Discord, after various time, VS Code lags. The scrolling is unusable, in general the editor is slower. Similar issue with Skype. I can close Spotify and Discord and restart VS Code, but the problem persist.

    Then: If I reopen Spotify and Discord and I execute VS Code / Skype as Administrator, they works good! But the Discord shortcuts don't work anymore on VS Code / Skype.

    If I reboot, all work until I reopen Spotify and Discord.

    If I open Spotify, VS Code and Discord, without entering in a server, same problem. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall Discord. Nothing.

    On Discord I've disabled a lot of options without success. I've disabled: Noise suppression, OpenH264 Video Codec, H.264 HWA, Automatic Gain Control, Enable Quality of Service High Packet Priority, Attenuation when I/others speak, Use an experimental method to capture audio from applications, audio subsystem = legacy.

    Any suggestion is appreciated.
