Disk apparently corrupted after changing CPUs and Motherboard

I just changed my CPU from an Intel i5 -> Ryzen 7 and the motherboard with it. However, I have noticed some unusual behaviour in Windows 10 now. For starters, when booting up, it says it's "scanning and repairing C: drive". After this finishes, Windows 10 boots normally, but every time I reboot this happens.

Also, some software and drivers like AMD drivers say they are not installed or functioning properly, but I am unable to uninstall the "AMD Software" application from my machine. The wizard finishes but the software stays there.

It is also worth mentioning that I am unable to create a system restore point for my C: drive. When trying, I get the error "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadbale 0x80070570". I don't know why this is happening either.

The SSD I'm using now is a clone from a previously used, smaller, drive. That way I didn't have to reinstall Windows 10, I could just carry on using my original install on a larger drive. It has been fine up to this point, where I have changed my CPU and Motherboard. I have run sfc/scannow which apparently fixed some broken keys but these problems are persisting.

Why could these issues be happening and how can I fix them?

    :)
