Windows 10: Disk ask to reinitialise everytime I connect it to my PC

I have an internal HDD drive which I use as external drive. Whenever I connect that drive to my pc it didn't show in file manager and after opening disk mgmt it always says to reinitialise the disk everytime and even after doing it and while creating volumes it ask to format but while doing it, it gives me an error that the disk cannot be formatted but suddenly the space I created open and drive start working. But here when I remove the drive again it shows same thing. Can someone please help me in this?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

HELP!!! External Drive issues!!

All that + get yourself a Parted Magic Live CD, boot her up in that and check over everything (Disk Health will show any dodgy Smart Data attributes), then backup your data from there. Once you're backed up you can reinitialise.
