Windows 10: disk d gone

hello, I started the control game, changed the settings to ultra, then reset them after the game crashed, after the screensaver the game froze, there was a blue screen for a couple of seconds with a smiley face :laptop restarted, I can't change its letter, I can't start the local group policy editor, the list of disks is not updated, please help

Disk D: Partition Gone.

After our hardware maintenance, the Disk D: partition was gone. I tried rescanning from Disk Management and System restore but It wasn't able to fix it.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
