Windows 10: Disk Drive Nearly Full - Error in Windows 10?

I'm getting a message that my disk drive is nearly full. I found a similar article on this site, and they resolved it by clearing a dump file, but I can't find that in same location on my PC.I have a 500GB disk drive, and not using anything like that in storage. I've shown my storage below, and clicked on apps and features and doesn't show anything causing massive disk use. The other user thought it was an error in windows 10, and cleared it by finding this dump file. Can anyone direct me how to resolve? It's badly slowing up my PC and I really can't see anything obvious to delete. Thank

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
