Windows 10: Disk Drive Usage at 100%

HI everyone, I just recently built my first PC and it's running great except I'm consistently getting 100% disk drive usage when I start up my computer or start a new application. I didn't notice it until I opened task manager about a week after getting the PC up and running but I believe it has occurred since first boot because my PC is always sluggish for the first few minutes. However now that I have been check the task manager constantly I notice it shoots to 100% disk drive usage each time I boot the computer, sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes, other times it takes just a few minutes, and very rarely it will take a few hours. I've tried disabling superfetch, windows search, resetting virtual memory not 100% I did it right, I've tried uninstalling Norton antivirus which came with my motherboard, booting in safe mode, making sure windows 10 is up to date as well as antivirus and nothing is working to keep the disk drive from going to 100% on starting up and opening apps. I'm hoping someone here will have a suggestion, I'm worried about damaging the drive. Here are some screen shots of my task manager. Thanks in advance!

100% disk usage

The most common cause of 100% disk usage appears to be Superfetch and Prefetch, but there are also other causes. You can try disabling both these features and see if it helps.

• Did the issue happen after installing the Fall Creators?
• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

100% disk usage on Windows 10

I have been having 100% disk usage off and on for several months. I have tried all steps from every suggestion I can find and nothing resolves the issue. I finally reset to a fresh install of Windows (wiping out all of my files and programs). Here I am
with nothing on this computer, two programs open (Task Manager and Chrome), bouncing between 22-100% disk usage. Please help! I'm at my wits end! I have a Intel Core i7-7500 CPU @ 2.75 GHz, 2tb hard drive and 16 GB RAM
