Windows 10: Disk Drive was gone after SupportAssist OS Recovery Assistant

Hello,My name is Jefri. I made 3 partitions on my Dell Laptop hard drive: OS C:, Data D: and Multimedia E:. The OS was suddenly crashed when I tried to move some files to external hard disk. After clicking on the available options, I ended up using SupportAssist OS Recovery Assistant. The laptop was back to its original state, however drive D was gone. Now there are only 2 drives: OS C: and Multimedia D:. Could anyone advise me how to recover the missing drive and all the data inside?Thank you in advance.

If you are using SupportAssist OS recovery version 5.0, use the Reset to Factory Setting option. This will install the operating system and software that your computer had installed from the factory.

DELL SupportAssist 'Recommended' update fails to install

I would suggest cleanly removing both Support Assist and Support Assist OS Recovery via the Control Panel.
Then enable the Hidden Items view in Windows Explorer and look at your OS (C) drive for the ProgramData and AppData Folders.

Ensure that all entries are removed for the above two specific Dell applications and purge them. Then reboot.

Once done - install:

https://www.dell.com/support/content.../supportassist

Then run it - you should be given a prompt to download and install the correct version of the OS Recovery Tool.

Let's see if that works.
