Windows 10: Disk errors on new Laptop

I got a new laptop two weeks ago, and created hard disk partitions. for the last almost 10 days, the disk randomly asks me to scan for drive errors when I boot the laptop. I looked everything up but can't find a solution here. Ran chkdsk multiple times, and sometimes it finds some issues, while other times it is clean. Also ran antivirus scans but those came out clean. When I ran another check today morning after getting a prompt to check drive for errors, it gave me the following results:Skipped posting of 18 repair events. Repair event posting&nb

Laptop won't create a startup disk.
