Hi Rey Cam. Thanks. Yes I tried her steps. I did do her steps but realized that neither was the case. It stopped doing the 100% thing after a few other changes I made to superfetch in other areas but now it is back so I'm going through it all again.
I will try Gerry C Cornell's list now. It is pretty tedious because everything moves so slow when your disk is at 100%... this will take hours.
