Disk full, bad system info, command line help

Hello, I have a computer that started to display the blue screen of death, bad_system_info. After trying all of the recoveries, resets, nothing has worked. I got to the command line to try the regback commands to clear it. Problem is, the hard drive is totally full without enough room to copy the text files. My son accidentally had all games and downloads to the SSD with windows on it, instead of the 2TB hard drives. Can someone help me through command line to clear space, then I can address the bad system info. Thanks

GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Disk full, bad system info, command line help :)

    Bad System Config Info

    Hello Connie,

There may be several reasons why you are getting these error messages. One of which can be because of a corrupted system file. We recommend that that you use the command prompt from Windows 10 Boot Options menu.

When your computer restarts several times, you should see the Windows 10 Boot Options menu. Follow the steps below:

    • Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options.
    • Select Command Prompt from list of options.
    • When Command Prompt appears, enter the following lines and press Enter after each line in order to run it:
      • bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
      • bootrec.exe /fixmbr
      • bootrec.exe /fixboot
    • Sometimes you need to run additional chkdsk commands as well. In Command Prompt you should enter the following (kindly use the letters that match your hard drive partitions on your PC):
      • chkdsk /r c:
      • chkdsk /r d:
Note: This is just our example, so keep in mind that you have to perform
chkdsk command for every hard drive partition that you have.
    • Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Let us know if you will need further assistance.
