Windows 10: disk keeps going to 100% nothing in use and 40 to 50% of my ram is being used on nothing

the other day i tried playing some games but i couldn't so i checked my task manager and my disk was sitting at 100% with nothing open and my 50 % of my ram was in use iv tried fixing this and nothing online has helped so this is why posting here

Memory at 50% and Disk usage at 100%

So I bought a brand new gaming laptop and it came with Windows 8 and so I used that for the first day or two and there were no problems. I installed Windows 10 and now the ram/disk was both at 100% most of the time. I was able to fix some mem leak though
the memory is ALWAYS at 50% now and the disk usage is at 100% for the first 30 minutes after start-up. How can I fix these problems?

my functioning of ram is 40% and my CPU is 3% whereas the disk in task manager is showing 100% .

my computer is 8gb, I run a simulation software, and it really huge, but my ram can only achieve 40-50%, whatever the number softwares I run, my ram still cannot over 50%, and with a little lag. Can I make my ram usage over 50%, so that i can reduce my runing
time?
