    Yes if M2 slot 3 is SATA it will be much slower then the 2 M2 NVME slots. SATA maxes out at about 500GBS NVME is about 3000 MBS huge difference unless that info is a typo. If it is, in fact, a SATA your NVME SSD will not work in it.
