Windows 10: Disk repairing on startup

Hi, i've had this problem for a few days that my pc would analyze and repair my C disk on startup, then once started up i recieve a popup that says that i have to restart my pc to repair my disk, i did that like 4 times and then started to ignore it, today i've decided to do something about that problem and ran a chdisk C: on cmd, but couldn't find any information about how to fix my problem, putting a image with te result of the analysis sorry if you miss something cuz of spanish. As it seems it's an error on the $I30 Index, but i couldn't find anything about that 3CB41 file, any help is ap

Disk Check Issue?

I'm having the Disk Check issue again. However, this time, I can't use Startup Repair to fix it. Can you address this?

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Hi Jack,

I suggest you to perform a Startup repair by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
• Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
