Windows 10: Disk Runs at 100% All the Time?

My computer runs very slow and struggles to run basic programs such as Spotify, Chrome, or Steam, especially when running multiple programs at once. It seems to be my disk, as it runs at 100% constantly and I don't know why. I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm not that good with computers. "System" seems to be the main thing bogging down my disk at face value, but it is only running at 1-2/MB/s. My computer is an Acer Predator Laptop SNID:84104215434. I have Windows 11. Disk Usage at 100% with nothing running

My PC is running Windows 10 with the latest updates but has suddenly become unusable with disk usage staying at 100% even with nothing running and just the same processes listed in Task Manager as before the problems
started. I've tried a few suggestions found in online forums - disabling Windows Search and Superfetch, adjusting page file size, etc. but nothing has done the trick yet. I don't have any outside anti-virus software installed. I read about the potential MSI
issue but don't have IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers listed in the Device Manager. Finally, it seems to boot up normally and will have periods where the disk usage drops and it's usable but those moments are brief and it inevitably goes back up to 100% usage.

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

100% hard disk active time in windows11.

I already did these type of steps like formatting whole hard disk then clean install windows 11 and didn't install any third party apps only apps were windows stock

But still facing 100% active time hard disk but my hard disk usage was only 2% or 3%. My pc gets slow whenever active time reaches 100% and most of the time active time is always 100%.
