Windows 10: Disk space on PC is wrong

I have a laptop with 221 GB free space, however when i check disk space I only have 48.6 GB left despite barely having ANY apps installed on my computer.The ones I do have are NOT taking up that large amount of space either.I have always struggled with this and it is annoying, as I am unable to download certain things. I have recycled bin, deleted temp files and all that a million times but it does not work. I have also watched countless videos how to free space.

Windows Store games occupying hard disk space even after uninstalling

This issue normally happens if something went wrong on the uninstalling process.

We suggest that you perform a Disk Cleanup as your workaround this time.

Please follow the step below:

• Go to File Explorer.
• Click This PC.
• Right click Local Disk.
• Choose Properties.
• Click Disk Cleanup.

Try to run theSystem Maintenance Troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key + W and type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select view all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click System Maintenance,
  follow onscreen instructions.
  

I suggest you to run Check Disk which performs an analysis of the disk. Refer to the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type chkdsk /f and hit enter.
