    Hi i am in need of help my disk space is so high, ive been trying to delete things but it wont even budge and im not sure what the problem is, to the point where i cant even download anything including updates. and i have a browser hijacker as whenever i search something up it s yahoo but i am always using bing. please help.

    Browser hijacked by safesurfs.com Malware

    After reading what you went through I would strongly suggest you read the advice of Monkey57 and try his steps. Normally

    Browser hijackers     don't show this kind of behavior and more could be going on. Normally I don't suggest Resetting your computer but in this case....
