Windows 10: Disk Usage at 100% All of the Time

My computer's disk usage is constantly at 100%. when I check the task manager the most disk intensive process is Service Host: Local System (16) which fluctuates between 20MB/s and 1MB/s.

Thank you , that did immediately change my usage of my hard disk from 100% to 1% although it took some time cause my pc was becoming really slow of this disk issue . anyway i am just curious of what was this command ?

Hello ! im using windows 10 pro , and im having high usage of my hard drive at 100% all the time and my pc is becoming really slow , i did a search on the internet and the idea was disabling some windows services which i dont wanna do that . i think that
happened after windows update i dont know if that may cause the problem .

First, test your hard disk health with Hard Disk Sentinel tool Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoringIf your disk is healthy then that mean it's not a hardware issue but software, and you need Windows Performance Toolkit to identify the root cause; Download and install Windows Performance Toolkit (Just install Windows Performance Toolkit, not the whole package) Download and install the Windows ADKThen run Windows Performance Recorder (just open Windows menu and type WPR)check these options JustPaste.it - Share Text & Images the Easy WayWhen the disk starts to be heavily used, click start button to begin recording the trace. When you are asked to choose the location where to record your trace file, choose an external storage to not add overhead to the disk.Record for 1 or to 2 minutes to get sufficient data to analyze.When done, compress your trace file, and share the file using TransferNow or any other file sharing website.
