Windows 10: Disk usage at 100% and I cannot do anything

I had a video game open on my laptop + spotify and discord and I was searching something up on my phone which took a while so i wasn’t paying attention to my laptop and once i was done i looked up and saw that nothing that i was clicking on was working. Eventually i had closed everything and saw in task manager that my disk and cpu were very high and i decided to restart my laptop because that usually fixes it. When i had restarted it this error had appeared “The instruction at 0x00007FFE9038CA9F referenced memory at 0x00007FFE81E5E0E0. The memory could not be read.” I thought nothing of it an
