Windows 10: Disk Usage consistently at 100% in Task manager --- What can I do?

Hello,I am on a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop IntelR CoreTM i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz, 8.00 GB with 7.87 GB usable with Windows 10. Lately I've the problem mentioned above, where the task manager shows that I am consistently using 100% of the disk, I've scoured the internet looking for solutions and have tried many of them. I've made sure Windows is updated, run virus scans, disk checks, system file checks, disabled Superfetch and BITS and Windows Search, I ran Restoro and made the repairs suggested, and also updated all the drivers on my device with Device Free. But nothing has worked!!So, in m
