Windows 10: Disk usage shows 100% evethough I freshly installed Windows 11.

So my laptop was hanging a lot when brought first. It came with a HDD so I installed a SSD into it. But that didn't solve it either so I thought of upgrading the ram to 16GB. Then a few weeks ago I asked about this and followed their instructions. Then I asked another person regarding this they told and the other person told me to reinstall windows through installation media tool. While installing I saw these two errors "OOBEREGION" and "OOBESETTINGS". And now when I reinstalled it was so laggy I first didn't see my GPU. I installed updated through the Windows Update in Settings app and a few

100% disk usage and memory usage can be caused by a software corruption, running application running on the background and malware or virus infection.

• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?

Clean install, disk usage at 100%

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

CPU is showing 100% Disk Usage

system and compressed memory on my system, with a 2.4 Ghz i5 proc, is showing 99% to 100% disk usage. I haven't installed any software, and this is a evo pro ssd.
