Windows 10: Disk Utilization is 100% windows10 home

Any help would be Great, I tried everything available on net regarding this disk 100% issue. some of them are

windows search=disabled

superfetch=disabled

notifications=disabled

runtime broker=disabled

cortana=disabled

auto update=disbaled

checkdisk=cleared

fragmentation=completed

updated to latest version 1809 build 17763.195

all drivers are updated to latest

Re-installed windows to check my luck but as usual no luck

checked with Lenovo for any HW fault but laptop passed all tests including BLSC test for hdd.

i5 7200U

16GB RAM

system (ntkrnlmp.exe) is main culprit, but it depends upon the mood of windows. just click on chrome or any other application and disk utilization 100%. Maximum times I do not have to do anything to see the magic, just start the laptop and disk 100%. after that I have only option to force shutdown by power button. Now in bonus sometimes CPU also goes 100%.


Really need help of experts, from one year I am facing this issue but now the situation is unbearable.

Clean install, disk usage at 100%

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

Windows 10 100% disk utilization

I have a relatively new laptop (Christmas 2017) noticed that it was running slow. In Task Manager it is showing 100% disk utilization.

I have scoured the web and have tried all applicable fixes and have not resolved the issue.

this is maddening anyone have any suggestions

only 7% cpu, 40% memory 100% disk, 0% network

100% Disk Utilization on Windows 10

I have read all the threads on 100% disk utilization for Windows 10 and don't know what else to do to solve the problem (plus some threads go on for 38 pages). It shouldn't be this hard; looking for some suggestions. Thanks!
